Went to the gym this morning. Burned about 300 calories. Then I went to a minor league baseball game with my boyfriend and his family…sweated my ass off!!! I didn’t get any unhealthy good though!
For breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs and coffee with fat-free creamer.
For “lunch” I had no sugar added vanilla froyo with fresh strawberries and kiwi.
And for dinner I had a super yummy grilled chicken salad and apple slices.
And all I drank all day (other than my cup of coffee) was water water water!
