Im My Motivation
The Freshman Fifteen is my biggest fear.

The past 2 days just weren’t good diet days, so today is all about getting back on track and working out A LOT. Because I know if I have one really really good day, then I’ll want to again tomorrow and the next day.

But if I’m slipping up already…what am I going to do at college when  ALL of my meals are all-you-can-eat? And there’s an icecream bar? And a bunch of unhealthy choices? College is 50 days away and I’m already dreading that I’m just going to gain back the little bit of weight (and more) of what I lost.

But I won’t let that happen.

So instead of GAINING the dreaded “Freshman Fifteen”…my goal will be to lose atleast 15 pounds while I’m at school. Which isn’t much…but it’s better than gaining it, right?

She is probably my true fitspiration. She was an overweight child who COMPLETELY overcame that, and look at her now!!!! She reminds me of myself so much, and shows me who I want to be!

Okay…so a little cheat isn’t bad in your diet.  Until that “little cheat” goes from a small bag of swedish fish to getting nachos and popcorn at the movies, AND eating two slices of pizza for lunch today! yuckkkyyyy!

Time to go to the gym and sweat that junk right off!
