Got up and went to the gym at 6:30 this morning, before my classes! I was so proud of myself! And then for breakfast I had some fresh fruit and granola, and for lunch I had a cup of vegetarian vegetable soup, and a ham and cheese sandwhich on 12 grain wheat bread. So so far a good day :) I did have a cappachino though, which isnt the best for you, but its so cold outside that I just couldnt stand it! I feel so motivated today!!
Just got back from a 45 minute cardio sesh and loved every minute of it! Now I’m off to work, where I will be on my feet the whole time for 6 hours lol
What is your least favorite type of cardio?
Running. I absolutely hate it, mostly because I suck at it and can barely make it one time around the track before I’m huffing and puffing. But I want to get better at it, and then maybe I’ll start to like it more. I’d like to start running and maybe even run a 5K next summer…that seems like a good goal to work up to.
Went overboard at dinner. About 1700 calories. Boneless wings and steak, and then a dessert shooter that I didn’t realize such a small dessert could have almost 500 calories. I literally just got sick to my stomach even thinking about it. Good thing I didn’t eat lunch. Or finish my steak. Or eat my sides. And I split the wings with my boyfriend. I feel sooooo gross right now. I have to keep telling myself that it was my birthday and it was okay to indulge, but I just feel so disgusting.
